Marcos and Chlöe D’Cruze each bring over three decades of professional experience across theatre, film and television. For more than twenty years they have developed young performers through BDS Boppin’ Dance Schools. That experience now informs the agency’s pastoral and professional approach to representation.

 

We represent children and adults across stage, screen and commercials. Our focus is simple: thoughtful representation, strong preparation, and placing the right performer in the right room at the right time.

 

We work closely with casting directors, producers and directors across theatre, TV and film. Our role is to advocate properly, negotiate carefully and guide careers with clarity and realism.

 

Where appropriate, we facilitate access to mentoring, vocal development, screen acting support and confidence building with trusted industry professionals.

 

Many of our younger clients train with BDS, but representation is not limited to BDS students. We welcome applications from performers who are serious about building a professional career.

 

Representation is selective and formalised through clear written agency terms.
