Marcos and Chloe D’Cruze bring over 30 years of professional experience in theatre, film, and TV. For two decades, they have supported the development of young performers through BDS Boppin’ Dance Schools, experience which now informs the agency’s pastoral and professional approach to representation.

With a dedicated focus on both children and adult performers, D’Cruze Agency represents performers of all ages. Our industry connections with casting directors, producers, and directors allow us to introduce clients for theatre, TV, commercials, and film, helping them get seen by the right people at the right time.

Where appropriate, we can facilitate access to mentoring, vocal coaching, TV acting support, and confidence building sessions led by industry professionals.

​

While many of our younger clients train with BDS, you don’t need to be a BDS student to apply for representation. We welcome applications from performers of all ages who are passionate about pursuing a career in the industry.

Representation is offered on a selective basis, and all applicants must agree to our agency terms. Full details, including commission rates and expectations, will be provided upon acceptance.
